A keynote that leaves your room different than it found it

Signature talks on Agile transformation, growth mindset, leadership, and the human side of change — delivered in the language of people, not frameworks.

For conferences, company off-sites, and leadership summits.

A keynote is not a TED talk, a training session, or a motivational pep rally — and I don't pretend it is. It's one of the few times an entire organisation is in the same room, listening to the same thing. That's a responsibility, and it's worth using well.

My talks are built on twenty years of watching transformations succeed and fail in real organisations — from American, British, Nordic, Gulf, and Indian boardrooms — and delivered with the warmth of a coach, not the distance of a consultant.

Signature talks

Four keynotes. Each one built to do a specific job.

Keynote 01

Growth Mindset in an Agile World

“Your transformation isn’t failing because of your framework. It’s failing because of what people believe about themselves at work.”

The research, the stories, and the practical mindset shifts that turn passive compliance into genuine adoption. Why growth mindset is the engine Agile was designed for — and what leaders can do on Monday morning to build one.

Keynote 02

Agile Transformations That Actually Transform

“Installing Agile isn’t the work. Growing a team that doesn’t need me to stay Agile — that’s the work.”

An honest walkthrough of what separates transformations that land from the ones that quietly get unpicked. Practical patterns leaders can spot in their own organisations — and what to do about them.

Keynote 03

Leading When Nobody Has a Map

“Clarity is not the same as certainty. You can give your team one when you don’t have the other.”

A keynote on leadership under ambiguity — built for the current moment. What the best coaches, leaders, and founders do when the old playbook stopped working and the new one isn’t written yet.

Keynote 04

AI and the Agile Team

“AI isn’t going to replace your Scrum Master. It’s going to expose whether you actually needed one.”

Where AI genuinely accelerates delivery, where it quietly hollows out judgement, and how Agile teams can use it without losing the things that made them valuable in the first place.

Who I speak to

Three audiences I've spent the most time in front of.

Executive audiences

C-suite, boards, and leadership teams grappling with transformation, culture, or the human cost of change.

Agile conferences

Practitioner events — from regional meetups to multi-thousand-person conferences — where depth and honesty land.

Company all-hands

Kick-offs, off-sites, and annual gatherings — where the talk has to work for everyone from interns to executives.

"

Sudha doesn't give a keynote — she gives a room. By the end, our leadership team wasn't debating whether to change. They were debating what to do first.

How to book

What a booking conversation looks like.

What I'll ask you.

The first call is a scoping conversation, not a pitch. Expect questions like:

  • Who’s in the room — and what do you want different by the time they leave?
  • What’s the event’s theme, and where does my talk sit in the arc?
  • What has and hasn’t worked for your audience in past keynotes?
  • Are you open to a custom angle, or would a signature talk fit best?
  • What does success look like — applause, action, or both?

By the end, we’ll both know whether this is the right fit. No pressure either way.

What I'll ask you.

Early conversations welcome — most keynotes are booked 3–6 months out.
