I started my career the way most people do — by doing the work, well, and wondering why organisations made it so hard. Over 20+ years, I've sat in the room when boards argue about strategy, in the standup when a team finds its rhythm, and in the quiet corner when a leader admits the thing they can't say out loud.
For the last six years I've served as a Tribe Agile Coach, driving Agile transformations across large, complex organisations — the kind where change isn't a slogan on a wall, it's a daily practice. I specialise in Agile at scale, and in the unglamorous middle bit where frameworks meet humans and neither wins unless both do.
I'm a strong advocate for the growth mindset because I've seen what happens when people stop protecting what they know and start exploring what they could learn. It changes teams. It changes careers. It changes companies.
